winter is creeping in on northern ontario and thinking about buying some cross country ski's...i have learn in elementary school and learn how to teach in college just worried about my knee which i dislocated 3 times now

Started to do 20min of kickboxing training on top of my weight and cardio 5x a week....nothing technical just some reps on the bag and some shadow boxing....been searching for the best martial arts training for me and i'm thinking Krav Maga would be awesome
